Frequently asked questions.

What is the best way to maximize my burn time?

Be sure to trim the wick to 1/4 inch each time. Your wick will come already trimmed, but will need to be done so each time to ensure the maximum burn time. Be sure not to burn more than 4 hours at a time. Your first burn should be at least three to four hours. There may be some hang up after that time, but as your candle burns down it will even out. Stop burning your candle when there is 1/4 inch of wax left.

What is the maximum burn time of your candles?

It’s hard to gauge an exact time. In our test burns the 16 oz burned about 80 hours, the 12 oz 50 plus hours and the 8 oz about 20-40 hours. If you follow the instructions on how to maximize your burn time, you will be able to ensure an enjoyable and long lasting candle burning experience.
